Tip 254: Watch the clock
It is almost inevitable that your delivery will not go at the same pace as when you had practiced it. Indeed, if your presentation is going slower than intended, this can be a good indicator that you have managed to be natural, that you have varied the tone and speed in response to live non-verbal feedback from your audience, or that there have been some spontaneous questions. All these are generally good things.
If your delivery is going faster than expected, then maybe you are being too nervous.
In both cases, the only way to know this is to keep an eye on the clock and relate that back to your time landmarks.
Make sure you keep to your time allocation!
