Tip 273: Join a club
Toastmasters is an international association of speaking clubs. At Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to groups and working with others in a supportive environment. A typical Toastmasters club is made up of 20 to 30 people who meet once a week for about an hour.
Toastmasters clubs are an excellent way to improve your presentation and leadership skills.

Alternatively, consider engaging with voluntary organisations or local branches of service clubs such as Rotary or Lions Club. They often welcome offers from the public to speak on topics which may be of interest or benefit to their members.
