Tip 261: Handle questions politely
Make sure you wait for the entire question to the asked before you start to reply. Always be courteous, gracious, tactful & professional in your dialogue with your audience.
Do thank the members of your audience for their questions and input, even if someone is being difficult. You must keep to the high ground, and at all times be a gentleman or lady and deal with such individuals courteously. The true professional can always remain cool and in control.
Remember, it is your reputation, so always remain gracious even with the most challenging of audiences.
Never embarrass the questioner; always be respectful, and avoid sarcasm, criticism, or arrogance.
Finally: keep your sense of humour!
