Tip 69: Be positive
No matter what the subject or the circumstances of your presentation, you should always meet your audience with a positive frame of mind, and come across as being positive.
Even if you have had a bad day, don't take it out on your audience. They aren't to blame for your car breaking down or the problems you're having with your teenage kids!
Even if you are presenting bad news, try to focus on the silver lining. It will make your presentation more palatable and constructive.
