Tip 48: Use concrete examples
A powerful way to convince your audience of your argument is to give them concrete examples that they can understand, relate to, believe in and latch on to. Talk about individual projects or cases where your point has been demonstrated. Show how your idea solved particular problems. Your conclusions are much more credible when backed up with great success stories.
You may want to bring along a satisfied customer who can stand up for 2-3 minutes and testify to the success your ideas have created. Alternatively, bring along a working demonstration of the product you are talking about.
