Tip 75: Give your audience access to materials
You want your audience to feel that they have joined an exclusive club of people who have had the privilege & opportunity to experience your presentation. This will make them value your effort and the significance of your message even more.
A good way of doing this is to allow them access to materials such as your slides, data and supporting materials.
You can ask those who are interested in receiving these materials to write their email addresses down and then emailing it to them, as long as the file size is not too big.
Alternatively, a very effective technique for generating interest is to burn materials onto a small number of CD-ROMs and give them to any interested audience members. If you need more CD-ROMs, take a note of postal addresses and promise to send them CD-ROMs by post.
If you have a website or blog, you can also upload materials for people to access.
