Tip 181: Be comfortable when you practice
You should aim to be comfortable when you practice as this will allow you to get the most out of your practice session.
Practice in a place where you will be fully comfortable. Don't practice when you're too tired, hungry, preoccupied or distracted to derive any benefit from it. Switch off the TV, radio and your mobile phone. Avoid places where you might be overlooked or overheard as that will make you self-conscious.
Practicing is a creative process and you will need to draw on your imagination and creativity to find better ways of saying what you want to say.
