Tip 80: Be bold
When you are in the public arena as a leader trying to convince an audience of your argument, you need to be bold in your style of talking, your expressions, your body language, your eye contact and your mannerisms. You bring forward the most watertight case but you cannot hope to convince your audience of anything if you come across as weak, timid or mediocre.
Take ownership of the message you are conveying, be bold, tell what you believe to be the truth, and be prepared to justify it.
